Return & Replacement Policy

1. Overview
At Starfar, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return & replacement policy subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The customer has to initiate a return request on customer support within 7 days from the date of delivery with all supporting evidence (Video & photos of the package and product and purchase order number, etc.). No other channels will be entertained for return queries..
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for a return.
3. Return Process
To request a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at starfar.supp@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email of return accepted, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.
- Ship the item to our return address provided in the return accepted mail (Customers are responsible for return shipping costs).
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Replacement Process
If your return is approved, replacement will be processed within 7-14 days.
5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Clearance or final sale items.

We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
